We had our first exposure through my toddler’s preschool. Equella (the owner) squeezed us in for a last minute appointment, and patiently walked our family through the whole process to calm our fears and frustrations about something that was so new to us. I’m so glad her business exists for us newbie parents!

Equella was amazing at Love Bugs, she was professional and sweet. She took great care of my step-daughter. It super easy to make an appointment to get my step daughter in. She was able to fit her in the same day luckily. I highly recommend going to Love Bugs if the service is needed.
