John is an incredible personal trainer. He is attuned to each individual's fitness needs and structures a personalized program to help overcome (and avoid) whatever problems or challenges his clients have. Personally, I have an issue w a knee and a shoulder - and John is helping me get stronger and more flexible without pain. Thanks you John!

John is a fantastic trainer that personalizes your program to you and your needs. As someone who had never gone to the gym, he did a great job conditioning my body to adapt to more regular physical activity, increasing my endurance and flexibility, and challenging me to be stronger.Shortly after finishing his training program, I had the misfortune of dealing with a flood to my basement, by spending 4+ hours draining the area with only a bucket and climbing up and down the stairs. But because I went through his program, my body recovered within a day as opposed to feeling sore and exhausted for a few days to a week following intensive physical activity in the past. ... read full review
