I went in for a wax and it was a nightmare of an experience. I came out with second degree burns, bright purple bruising, and skin tears that took weeks to heal. I would NEVER go back here- clearly the esthetician had no idea what she was doing :( Really upsetting.

I've been around a time or two when it comes to Brazilians (try a couple dozen easily) and so it pains me to write a bad review for this place...but it needs to be said. First, I have to say, the decor, the front desk is 5 stars. Really. Everyone is sweet and inviting. The first time I came here, I got ..I want to say Val (she's the woman whose daughter attends UCI) anyway. She is FANTASTIC. I mean...like I've said, I've gotten my girl waxed MANY times and I do all the right things before hand. No caffeine, and two painkillers a half hour before my appt, good amount of hair growth, and plenty of water because let's face it ladies, Brazilians are... read full review

Great facial & first waxing experience on legs and underarms. She took her time to get a good understanding of my skin & needs. Entire facility was very clean....almost clinical in nature. For some reason they do not always abide by their hours posted which is irritating but they do good work. The underarm waxing hurt a bit but well worth it. The legs were almost painless. She took her time with the facial which included a neck, shoulder, & foot massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. Will be back in 5 weeks as suggested. Was offered a couple products to try but only opted for the body scrub & facial exfoliating gel. Got some aloe gel, tea tree oil, &... read full review
