Ladera Ranch Grooming & Pet Spa

Great attention to detail with my 2 dogs and very caring. I have an older small dog that is angry all the time. The staff handled him with confidence and no problem. Nails cut and washed.

I took my 2 year old Maltipoo, who needed a serious haircut. I waited 2 weeks to get in, but I was determined to try them out. Meanwhile, I took my 3 yr old malshipoo to another groomer to compare and Ladera Grooming won hands down. I thought the staff did a wonderful job and I was so pleased with the end result. They appear very busy and it seems quite a popular place so book early. Although it took about 3 1/2 hours for my dog to be done, it was worth the wait! I'm happy to have found a new grooming salon for my pups!

It was easy to make an appointment. Pricing is good. Customer service on the phone is very good. The grooming was done in a timely manner. My chihuahuas came back with perfectly cut nails and smelled delicious, and not perfumy. The dogs seemed happy, weren't barking when I picked them up. At previous groomers, dogs were barking to go home. But for some unknown reason, the dogs seemed very comfortable at this place which was very nice. Oh, parking is so easy! I noticed they do big dogs and small dogs. All kinds of dogs; and saw pretty poodles being groomed when I dropped off my chihuahuas. Happy to share my great experience and recommend this groomer to others too.
