I've only had terrific interactions and dealings with Fenn Pest Control. The office staff is pleasant and helpful with scheduling, the initial inspector, Juan was wonderful!! Such a sharp cookie. He came out and inspected our home for termites. He did a full-house FREE inspection and even told me the locations of dry rot that I needed to take care of. After the inspection he told me that I needed to just spot treat a few areas for termites and gave me the price. I called the office and they had Tobias out there within a week, taking care of my termites. I loved Tobias and had great interactions with him.
