My mom scheduled her appointment for 2/15 when she came in they told her appointment was actually for 2/8 and she missed it. There was no phone call, email or text. My mom had it in her calendar correctly, they made her an appointment for today 2/18 - she already called her insurance and the front office to confirm they accepted her provider.When she is seen she is told todays visit would’ve cost over $300 - she of course verified that her insurance verified coverage so was shocked by the amount.2 hours later she is told insurance is tricky by the staff who couldn’t give her a clear answer as to what would be covered - she was told again insurance is tricky and they...read full review
