My wife commented that she was comfortable and the woman who did the makeup, and the woman who took the pictures made her very comfortable, and that they were very professional. “This review is for customer service. My son took his school pictures but forgot to give his order form with the payment to the photographer. Because I'm a day late in paying, I thought I would be subject to the $10 late fee. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled about it but I want photos of my son. The friendly woman who took my call reassured me that I wouldn't be charged the $10. Win!! I only wish: 1. Online orders were available for make up photo days. If this was an option, I would've paid for the package I wanted earlier. 2. Not everyone wants multiple photos in various sizes. It would be nice if there was an option for the That's Me class picture and a digital download link for under $25.“
