OMG, McClay's is great. I can't say enough about their customer service. My AC stopped working on a Friday night and too late to call anyone. The next morning, I started researching and calling a number of AC business's. They either didn't answer or took my info and never called back. A friend of mine recommended McClay's. I called McClay's and talked to Tava. She was so nice. She took my info, called back when she said she would, and fit me in. Archie got my AC working. I was so happy and thankful to be comfortable in my home again.

McLay has made plumbing repairs and installations for me over the years, and I've always been happy with their technicians' work. But during one of the hottest weeks of the year my air conditioner stopped cooling, even though the fan worked. They managed to work me in to their overflowing Saturday schedule. Bill came right on schedule and diagnosed the issue, had what he needed in his truck, and has the unit up and running! I continue to trust in McLay Services and recommend them!!

Aaron arrived within the window time frame that was given and did a thorough job at performing the yearly maintenance. Much better air flow and cooling now that the unit was cleaned.
