I made an appointment over the phone a month ago. The customer service was good, and I was given a scheduled time. However, when I arrived early, I discovered there was no record of my appointment. The person who answered the phone clearly hadn't made a note of it. The two women at the front desk seemed extremely discriminatory towards Asians, and their attitude was awful! They looked at us with disgust, as if I were deceiving them. And then the white people who checked us in later had another look! The waiting area was very dark, with only two lights on. Man the Dr Wong is the greatest he will take your appointments last minute when he refills prescriptions he's on it and sends it to you your Pharmacy right away there's no waiting if you have an emergency he will see you immediately one of the greatest doctors I ever had if not the greatest I really suggest that you guys visit him except all types of insurance including medical Medicare everything and cash the best doctor I ever had in my life seriously... I've been a patient I don't know 7 years or so and my mom's been a patient for about 20 years the best the absolute best!!! 💯👍😉😁
La Verne medical center I have been attending for over 10 years Doctor Wong is a great doctor is very knowledgable and the staff I have to take my hats off to the staff ,Nona , Molly, for the great work they do . Keep it up and again thank you Al
