Unfortunately, I reached out to this company to assist in fixing issues within my home. I was told I would receive a quote within a few days but it has been weeks and I still have not received a quote. I reached out to the owner's wife and business partner who stated she would be sure I would receive the quote but that has not happened. My husband also called and left a message to receive that information but no call was returned. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I am a La Verne resident so I reached out to La Verne company to support our local businesses. Im very disappointed that we wasted our time.

Move on to the next contractor. John came out and pretended to measure the area of construction. He said "I will get a quote out to you next week". Next week never came and when I reached out to the company, they never returned my phone call. Don't have faith in this contractor to do what is said or to even return phone calls. Extremely disappointed with this local company.

I can see why this business only got 2 1/2 stars . The communication is horrible . I had this company do 2 repairs on different addresses and there invoice suck so I called and asked for 2 detail invoices one for each house I spoke to Elizabeth and told her what i wanted done to see exactly what I was paying for . So she told the owner of the business what I was asking for and my husband received a call from the owner John and John made several un needed remarks to my husband John the owner is not professional and neither is Elizabeth the girl who works in the office.
