I called 24 Rooter and Plumbing for a quote to repair a running toilet and tighten the flange on a second toilet. Santiago (whose team was working nearby) came right over. He not only adjusted both toilets on the spot, he did it as a courtesy! Amazing that this kind of service and response still exists these days. So impressive in fact, they just earned another loyal customer!
My townhouse was almost 30 yrs old. I know insurance companies don’t cover leaks due to maintenance issues. I called Jeff, he gave me a reasonable estimate, changed all angle stops, supply lines, faucets, and installed Nuvo Duo filter, I’m in Oceanside Ca and the city has gone to Pure Water, that many call toilet to tap. Many cities are doing it. The filter is citrus based, it removes the hard water and has a cartridge that adds some flavor back. It filters all the water coming into the house. But don’t confuse it with a medical grade purifying filter. It seems to do a good job at getting the hard water deposits off my shower doors and faucets.

I’m extremely pleased with the service and repair work that JG provided. Jeff was professional, thorough, and delivered excellent results. I had to have the wax ring replaced on my toilet. He even went the extra mile by helping reset my sink’s drain stopper, which I really appreciated. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends.
