this place is a scam. you can't get in contact with anyone, the phone is off the hook, the email is fake. i can't get a refund for the money i spent. the address doesn't even exist, it's a sketchy building with gates all around with no access. i'm beyond upset that this place is still "in business" online.

Didn't receive the flowers or refund as requested due to the following circumstances: on the website the florist offered in person pick up as an option. The day of the pick up, a person called for a warehouse flower shop that they actually do NOT have a brick and mortar shop, despite Google address and option to pick up in person, but that they operate out of a warehouse in Irwindale and I can't pick up after all.He offered $15 delivery which I declined, I asked for a refund. Never got my refund, they routed my call to my voicemail x4 and called once (I was at work). Credit card finally refunded me due to scamming services and I will never order flowers here again.

If I can give 0 stars I would! I placed an order online and received confirmation. First off, there’s no way to cancel. I called the number they gave on there and no response straight to voicemail. I emailed. Nothing either. And lastly I went to the address they have and it’s not a florist shop! NOT REAL! No way to get your money back from online ordering unless you file a claim with your bank!
