Herbert was friendly over the phone and in person. He was able to give me a quote and clean my sectional the same day. He took into account the fact that the sectional fabric was about 50 years old and suggested a light steam (versus heavy) to ensure the fabric wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated his professionalism and and promptness in scheduling me. The sectional is much more fresh and he was able to remove a stain on it as well as a ton of pet hair from the previous owner. I called three local carpet cleaners, only Extreme Carpet Care answered their phone. Herbert, was able to schedule a same day carpet cleaning, quality work, no games with pricing, very straight forward. Fair pricing. Would definately recommend him to others.Service: General carpet cleaning
