I had a “glasses emergency” today. I stopped by and asked the ladies for help. After a lot of work… and some ingenuity, they got me on my way. I was really impressed and also very grateful. I will be back when I need new glasses!

What a lovely place! I walked in off the street needing an adjustment for my sunglasses and was not only cheerfully greeted, but was immediately served. Very professional and pleasant atmosphere:)

I have needed adjustments on my glasses a few times. Every time I go to Old Town Optix Optometry they are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing thing about it is that I didn’t buy my glasses from them, but the next time I do need a new pair, I will go to them. They really do understand how to help you. The true meaning of customer service.
