It was fair, and they had time to do the cleaning the next day before I left for the season. They were professional, efficient and informative. Based on this experience I have asked them to come back in September to do a number of indoor pieces of furniture, including a large white linen sectional. “What a great job cleaning my carpets! Richard came out last week and made my carpets look sooo good! They are light colored berber carpets, about 20 years old. Still in good shape but you could see tracking through the rooms. I've had them steam-cleaned before and the tracking didn't come out. But with the Chem-Dry method and Richard's careful and thorough work cleaning them, they look brand new. There's only the slightest amount of shadow in the doorway to the main bedroom but you have to know it's there to notice. Very happy with the method and the service!“
