Friendly doctor and nurses. Very thorough with their instructions and suggestions. I was referred here by my doctor and love how they have been able to help me and pinpoint the problems I was dealing with.

My first visit at Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Specialist, and I have to say I was very pleased, the staff was very nice and helpful. I was seen right away. The doctor answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable moving forward with my procedure. I highly recommend this place.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Tony for a couple months now and I must say, he's an exceptional dermatologist. His expertise and patient care have always been great, and my daughter has had positive outcomes from his treatments.However, there's a consistent issue that's been a source of frustration during my visits - the front desk's handling of appointments. On multiple occasions, I've experienced scheduling mishaps that have caused inconvenience. For instance, we once arrived 10min prior to the appointment time and waiting about 20min which is understandable, I then got a phone call from their receptionist regarding her "missed appointment"- we were in the waiting room the whole time- I stood up and she just said "Oh". I recently had another appointment scheduled for 4pm, I received a confirmation text stating it was at 3pm (keep in mind the receptionist gave me an appt. card) when I called the office she said the next 4pm was in a month out...I want to stress that I understand the challenges the front desk may face, especially in a busy practice like this one. That being said, there is room for improvement in terms of appointment coordination and communication.Despite these appointment-related issues, I continue to have full confidence in Dr.Tony's medical abilities, and I value him as my daughter's dermatologist. I hope this feedback can help the practice address these minor but impactful concerns, as it would enhance the overall patient experience.
