Very sweet, and you can tell she's a pro. Took my neice for a cut, n she was so vague about she wanted..The ladu, sorry cant recall her name but she gave my neice exactly what she wanted..

I have gone to 3 different hair stylist before I came to Nancy. She was recommended by a family member. Let me tell you, she is like a precious gem, hard to find! Out of the previous 3 I had before, Nancy has been the best. She explained every single process and was meticulous and caring about how she handled my hair. Nice customer service;very professional. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back.
