TERRIBLE RUDE AND SARCASTIC UNHELPFUL.UNPROFFESIONAL RECEPTIONIST IN TNE FRONT DESK...I WALKED IN TO ASK ABOUT A PHYSICAL AND THIS RECEPTIONIST WITH LONG BLACK HAIR GAVE ME A HARD TIME ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS...BESIDES HER SARCASTIC RUDE TONE .....WALKED OUT OF THIS PLACE BESIDES IT WAS LONELY AND NO ONE THERE ..WHICH I NOW UNDERSTAND WITH THIS TRASHY CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THOUGHT ID WRITE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL ..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE??

I really liked the service here the staff very friendly help me out when I asked them that I didn’t have my insurance card and took their time to look me up in the system and had my son seen and was pleased with their service.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Back when it used to be Dr. Nader. Came in today at 4:30 only to be told that the doctor is leaving in five minutes and has no time to see me. There was no one waiting, and the business hours are listed till 6 PM. Had my insurance changed my original primary position that they chose, back to this clinic because I had previous experiences that were good. The medical assistant at the reception desk was extremely rude as well, and would not even reach out to the doctor to see if I could get a brief visit. Probably would’ve took no longer than three minutes of the doctors time, and maybe 10 minutes of her time. Her response was, the emergency...read full review
