“I've been bringing my boys Here for 6years now. I love how Doctor is so helpful with all my sons needs , she takes her time and makes sure to answer all my questions and my boys too. I have a 5 year old who has autism and Dr. Sultana as well as her staff are always so careful and caring with him. Tiffany is great my baby has a hard time with people but she always is so kind to him and always gets his injections done fast, it's always easy for me to call and and get my boys scheduled. I really appreciate Doctor Sultana and Tiffany for everything they do.“

“Dr. Grubbs is a great Dr. And was very helpful as well as his staff I was seen right away with my appointment even though Dr was a bit late. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.. To be honest idk how can people be so rude to someone that is trying to help them. I wouldn't put up with some of the rude sick people that come in and expect not to wait and demand to be seen right away.. I felt sorry for the poor receptionist she is always helpful with my kids and other people can be so rude. But overall they are always so helpful. Definitely recommend and they do walk ins.“

Fernando and Leslie were both very knowledgeable about their roles in Phlebotomy in the medical field. They knew the best ways to set up the environment to make it more understandable for students who come here and gain confidence and clarity in knowing their role. They both went the extra mile to ensure that not only were they focused on making sure their patients and coworkers were never left unassisted, they still completed the task of supporting their students at every draw.

I appreciate Araceli, mayra, and so many other of the girls in the back who were so nice to assist with me and my experience there.

They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away. Dr. Symaco provided excellent care and listened attentively to my concerns. He and Anita displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.“

“This review is for Dr. Matthew Smith. My daughter had a severe case of bronchiolitis following a viral upper respiratory infection. When we brought her into PM care, she was in severe respiratory distress. As soon as Dr. Smith saw her, I could immediately tell he was extremely concerned. I was blown away by the level of care Dr Smith provided by daughter. He stabilized my daughter with several rounds of nebulizers and a dose of steroids, frequently checking in on her. As a physician, I can attest to the level of care he provided. This was near emergency department level of care. If it weren't for Dr. Smith, I'm not sure my daughter would have survived - if she did she would have needed an ambulance ride to the ER. Dr. Smith restores my faith in the ability of physicians in our society and what human beings are capable of. He showed true compassion for my daughter, at a level I find truly exceptional in my profession. Also, my thanks to the entire team at PM care including the front desk and MA's. I really appreciate the separation because it helps prevent the spread of sickness. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr. Agnes Jee is so sweet and amazing. She takes the time to answer all my questions and I love her energy around my baby. Every appointment I've had here has run exactly on time.
