I have been coming to this pediatrician for a couple of years for my child. Throughout the years i have definitely seen improvement with the staff! the staff now is really nice and always very helpful. The two front desk receptionist are always very friendly and welcoming, it was my sons birthday when we went to his appointment and they made sure to wish him a happy birthday and the nurse who gave him a shot offered him a candy. I got referred to Dr. Kpaduwa's office from my primary physician, I went online to read the reviews before making my appointment. I was a bit hesitant at first but I am glad to say my experience with the Dr and the staff was very good, front office staff are super sweet although the clinic itself can get really busy but overall great experience!
Pregnant with my first child and nervous was an understatement for my appointment. I had an outstanding experience. Front desk were all friendly and kind, even wished me a happy birthday which happened to be that day, which I thought was very sweet and thoughtful. I felt in great hands with Dr. Julius Kpaduwa, he was very professional, gentle and informative. The establishment was clean and the wait wasn’t long at all. This office isn’t even the closest to me but I chose to stay due to how well they took care of me. I’m appreciative of all the people who work here and made me feel comfortable.
