I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Kim Nails! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the friendly staff. The salon was immaculately clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, making me feel right at home.

My nail technician, Kim, was incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. She listened to my requests and offered expert advice to create the perfect nail design. Her attention to detail and precision were impressive, and the end result was stunning!

Friendly and great service from Kim, the owner of the business. Kim and one of the workers, Linda, take care of my Mom and make her feel special. I never thought I would see the day when my Mom would get a pedicure. Thanks to them making her feel comfortable, she now goes alone.

Kim is great , but do NOT go to anyone else in here. I came in today on my lunch break, asked the lady if she can remove my nails (I had 5 left to remove I got the other 5 off myself already) so 5 nails need acrylic removed. Simple, she tells me to wait until she is don't doing someone else feet. Ok no problem, then she tells me she doesn't know how to remove nails and I should come another day when Kim is there. Uhm but I just waited 40 min, why didn't you say that in the beginning?! Oh sorry she says, how you work at a nail shop and can't remove acrylic that I got at that exact shop 3 weeks ago, wow, unprofessional and rude and waste of time.. If it's not KIM, don't wait or let anyone touch you here Smh
