He has developed an approach to figure out and explain what your problems with your plumbing is and provide a solution in a timely manner. He's like the "Sherlock Holmes" of plumbing. “Mr. Wang was a true professional. I reached out to him last weekend for an appointment today. He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. All the work and then some was completed at the reasonable rate he had quoted me during our first communication. He does not bait and switch nor upsell. Thank you Mr Wang!“

“We hired Ben to remodel our hallway bathroom. He took everything down to the studs and replaced all of the drywall. The bathtub enclosure was removed and replaced with a new tub only. He added wall tiles in the shower area up to the ceiling. He replaced the vanity, sink top and flooring. All of his work was done with precision and cleaned up as he went. His price was very reasonable and we are very happy with the results.“
