The technician that helped me was very friendly and gave me a quote for the lamp repair and he said that he would call me with a quote for the vacuum tune up after an inspection. I got a call with a very fair price quote for the vacuum a couple of hours later. By the next day both items were done and ready for pick up. The lamp works again and the vacuum glides more easily over carpet. I highly recommend this business for appliance and vacuum repair. Their prices are reasonable and the work is done quickly. Very friendly service.“

“Quick service with great communication. Our almost 3 year old Whirlpool washer was having a common issue with the lid latch not engaging and it’s fairly new. After taking a look they got the part the next day and it was repaired. Our washer is in a fairly tight space but we didn’t have to move anything which was a plus!“

“In 2022, I scheduled an appointment with Patrick at A Plus Assembly Co. I tested out probably about 5-6 massage’s chairs. Patrick patiently explained the options and specs of each massage chair. I winded up purchasing the Amedic-4D Hilux. It was the single best purchase I have ever made.

Three years later, the arm boots became out of whack after a teenager who came to our house used the massage chair and caused the boots to stick out abnormally. I immediately called Patrick to schedule a repair. Patrick called back and explained that these arm boots can easily be adjusted by pulling and returning to its original position. Patrick could have come to my residence and charged me a hour fee for troubleshooting the problem but opted as honest businessman to call and lead me thru the process of resetting the arm boots.

I cannot speak more highly of A Plus Assembly Co , the massage chair I purchased and Patrick’s outstanding customer service from time of purchase to now. This is the place to go for your purchase and repairs of your massage chairs.“

“Whittier Refrigeration was Highly recommended to us on our Whittier/SFS FB group. Our washer stopped working and our warranty expired. I called Joaquin this morning and he had someone out within 2 hours. He found the problem and fixed it right on the spot. I was a little nervous because it is a front loader and HE and I know they can be expensive to repair so when he told me how much he was going to charge my mouth fell open, I was so grateful. I cannot believe they've been there for over 40 years. Well they have our business we will definitely go there for any appliance repair they also sell used appliances so we will definitely always check with them first. “Every time we have requested service, it has been prompt and on time. We have been using them for 10+ years on all our appliances. Washer, Dryer, replacing the motor on our dishwasher. Vladim as diagnosed that our Microwave needed a new control panel, and it was cheaper to just buy a new Microwave. Our repairman, Vladim, not only fixes appliance problems, but he thinks outside the box. He created a fix for an issue I have had with my Kitchen-Aide Ice Maker since I bought it in 2013. He fixed it yesterday, and now I know why my ice production has been so poor. Kudos to him. I would only trust my appliances to West Coast Appliance Repair.“
