I witnessed first-hand my sister-in-law suffer a manic episode with her bipolar disorder, and so I saw how distressing and painful this illness can be for folks and for their families. People with this disorder and their families touch my heart. Relieving this suffering, and finding the right tools and approach to help people feel stable in their lives, find their voice and vision and recover joy back into their life.
