I received several Physical Therapy Sessions at the facility in La Mirada for my knee and back. Rona and Delmy are amazing! They make you feel welcome and are very careful when caring for you. They try and work with your schedule and they accommodate you with your appointments. There is plenty of parking and the place is conveniently located. I highly recommend this facility.
I'm not of fan of waiting. I understand that at any medical place, a wait is expected. I came here simply for a drug test. Checked in at 2:45pm and wasn't seen until 5:12pm. Initially I didn't mind the wait as there more than a dozen people I'd seen waiting before I checked in. When all the people I'd seen leave & people who checked in after me starting getting called, I went to the front desk and asked how long the wait would be for a simple drug test as it was now 4:45ish. She asked if I signed in, of course I signed in. She finds my name on the list and tells her superior. They then ask for my ID, ask me to fill out paperwork. Waited for another 25 mins and was finally was called. Did my business and was out of there 15mins after being called. It appears they'd overlooked me. Nonetheless, way too long for a simple task. No need to see a dr, just a drug test took almost 3 hours in total. Ridiculous.
Everything went smoothly! Both doctors I saw for my injury were nice and attentive. Don't know about anything about these other reviews but I can tell you that common sense all physicals and drug screens are LAST ON THE TOTEM POLE FOR BEING SEEN. Lol idk why people are so entitled if you're bleeding or have a bad injury I'm sure you will be seen sooner.
