My wife and I were super excited to find a place that took awesome care of our Woola. I know she doesn’t have crazy hair so many places half ass her grooming. The front desk lady was super excited and even let me calm Woola down by walking her to the back myself. Her coat is soft, wrinkles are clean, teeth and tail pocket taken care of as well as her nails trimmed WHICH SHE HATES. Overall good experience thank you guys! Here’s Woo after her spa day! Definitely coming back!
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS VOLUNTEERING HERE AT “Puppy House and Grooming” AND THERE WAS A BAD CUSTOMER CUSSING AT US 14 YEAR OLDS. AND THE OWNER HANDLED IT SO WELL!! BRAVO!!
My first time taking my puppy yesterday to any groomers and I was really nervous and sad I was going to leave my Princess Lilo but Sofia did an amazing job!! She spent so much time with her and Lilo came back feeling amazing! No cuts, bruising or anything. We decided to scissor trim her and they were very accommodating. We are super thankful to have a freshened up baby girl Thank you, Sofia for treating her like your own
