I was worried that it would be a one year contract, since my lease ends in June, but you can cancel at any time with no charge. “Tenants called me saying they have a Diamond Back rattlesnake in their back yard. The fire dept came out and they were unable to catch it because it was inside the hole, which apparently had a nest in it. I called Aesthetic Wildlife and Rene answered immediately and educated me on what options we had. As much as they want to save the snake, more important to them were the children that live in that house. Their first choice is to catch the snake and secure it safely. Unfortunately that was not possible in this case. So they had to choose option B which was to close up the hole .They responded quickly and informed the tenants of what to look out for in the future. Definitely would use them again, but hopefully will never need to.“

At first I thought the repair estimate was high, so I asked them to come back to explain the cost. They came back and explained everything to my satisfaction.
