Made my first visit on a Friday morning. I am a simple person; just need to cover my grays and get a hair cut while not being overcharged. It was so hard to find a salon I liked outside of Los Angeles. But this place might be it.Here are the pros that matter: 1. Main stylist knows how to cut and handle hair. 2. The Assistants are skilled with their hands as well; I loved how they applied color on my hair (didn't feel like amateurs) and how they washed my hair. 3. Not cheap but also not overpriced. 4. Clean facilities, including the bathroom.Now, these were nice-to-haves: 1. After coloring, Assistant washed my hair with care. She gave me a brief scalp massage and rinsed out thoroughly. She then applied a cooling treatment product, used a steam towel to massage the hair lines around my face, then placed a steam hose directly into the wash bowl and covered it to prevent steam escape. I sat there for about 10 minutes; it felt so relaxing. The treatment service was not something I asked for; I am guessing they provide it for all coloring customers. 2. They offer Nespresso coffee or tea. 3. The music wasn't too loud. 4. There is a locker (with key) to put your stuff away. 5. They offered a lap cushion to rest my hands on while I was playing with my phone. 6. I was greeted and acknowledged properly, at each occasion.Here are some minor complaints: the change/gown room was a bit small, and did not have enough room or the place to hang my jacket. And while I was there at 10:15 am Fri, I got lucky with the last parking spot.I will definitely return and recommend this salon to others.
I felt like VIP royalty when I first stepped in and they asked me to put on one of their robes then I was treated to a nice shampoo and a brief scalp massage. Hong is very good at what she does just based on her haircut style. She is very fast with those clippers for sure.
Went to go get a hair cut for myself and my daughter. The place was clean and spacious. I showed her the pictures of how we wanted our hair cut and you can tell she knows what she's doing. She was very quick yet precise and we were both very pleased with the result. Been getting alot of complements as well.
