J W B appears to no longer be in business. The phone number is disconnected and there is no evidence of occupancy at their physical location. I had hoped to work with a local contrqactor but it doesn't look like it will be J W B. This isn't a "one-star" because of any poor performance - just that they look to no longer be around, unfortunately.

They did an excellent job for me once, and I may use them again. They were honest, capable and responsible. I know of few contractors who fit that bill.

They manage my property for 8 month , they mishandle my account .I never felt that wayWith my other management company . When. I decided to get my property back after the tenant left , they didn’t clean the property or washing the carpet.All what I can say their account was never clear to me
