Rosso's ordered my carpet right away and I was able to quickly schedule installation for my son's room. These guys are super fast and do excellent work! We ran into a little problem with two steps not being carpeted (miscommunication on my part) and they ordered additional carpet and installed at no extra cost! What big name carpet store would provide this type of service? NONE! I truly enjoy putting my money into local businesses and am thrilled with how beautiful the carpet looks in our home. “While the process of replacing floors was pretty stressful for us, we were very happy with Caliber. Rick was very generous/patient with his time and after meeting him for our initial consultation, we felt very comfortable with his expertise and insistence on doing the job correctly. He answered all of our questions and even met us on a weekend early morning to open his shop for us to pick our our floor samples. The work done by his crew was well done- our floors look/feel great. His crew even helped put our big pieces of furniture back into our house after they finished (we have seen that some places only remove the furniture- putting it back isn't included in their fees.) They finished a day early, even. We found the pricing reasonable for the job, but it was the level of service and attention to detail that was the real clincher. We recommend Caliber most highly.“

I can't count the time that David spent with me on the phone. I live far but was having a hard time finding a place that has a selection of samples for vinyl flooring. When I called, Carreras, they sympathized with me and spent time trying to understand what I was looking for. Since it's a long drive for me, David has the manufacture send me samples to my house . He didn't charge as long as he wasn't being charged .
His knowledge, honesty and patience is so much appreciated.

“My kitchen floor needed to replaced quickly because I had a plumbing failure in my kitchen. I shopped several flooring stores and found the most attractive tile at 55 Flooring. The price was the same as a lesser tile at other stores. I was pleased that Abraham was able to schedule his tilers to come the next week!

My floor was installed perfectly. It was a difficult installation because my island was on top of the old flooring. The installers carefully cut the old flooring from the island and removed it. Abraham checked the work of the installers each day they were here.

My house was originally bought with carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed replacement. We knew that under the carpet we had cracks and would need to be repaired as well as tile installation. Fabricator was fabulous. Then after install decided to shop for backsplash. Found something really nice at a tile store nearby, but decided to go see Samantha before final decision.
