Owner hand wrote someone else's name on the tags of two of my custom made and monogrammed dress shirts using black ink. After some back and forth, she offered to try and clean it but when I brought it in she was worried it might smear.The dry cleaning itself was good. They only do this for dress shirts so if you're dropping off a dress shirt, especially an expensive one, ask them not to write on it and use a tag.I attached a photo but redacted the other person's name for privacy reasons. Bad day.

I have been looking for a new dry cleaner for a while and after trying Elite Cleaners for the first time, I think I have finally found one. I dropped off 3 sweaters, a coat, and a pair of pants. The items were ready on time and well cleaned and pressed. As an added bonus the prices cant be beat!
