I had reached out to a few others who do fibroblast and did not feel confident in their services, but felt very comfortable with JoAnn given her nursing history, certifications and overall knowledge of the treatment. I have now been to Timeless Body and Brows twice and had a wonderful experience both times. Because she uses a numbing agent the treatment is painless and the only discomfort I felt was 24+ hours later once it had worn off (all it felt like was a mild sunburn). Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mrs.Joann. I originally reached out with some questions in regards to the services she offered, and immediately received a response from her. On the day of my appointment she walked me through all the steps of the process and upon completion, she gave me very clear after care instructions. She followed up with me shortly after my appointment to see if I had any questions or concerns. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience and left 100% satisfied.
