This is the best sports and relaxation massage I have ever experienced. The Thai sports massage was so regaling and therapeutic. Finishing with much needed stretching and massage. I have scheduled a 90 minute appointment weekly now. It has become such an important part of my workout and relaxation with recovery routine. The therapist are all very nice, professional and very well trained. Excellent experience.
Officially the best deep tissue massage and spa for me! I’ve been to different spas for deep tissue massage and Thai Sports Massage is the best one. I want to delete my other spa reviews lol
Lita was my massage therapist and she was very thorough. Immediately, she can tell that my shoulders were very tight and I had multiple knots in my back. She went in with her elbows to loosen my back and release knots. Her and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Told me to let them know if it was hurting or to focus on an area more. Hot tea is served at the end which is quite nice
