It started off with a big smile and welcome from Haykel, as he asked me to fill out some information and then I went for in for the initial tests with Brenda, who is the greatest Doctor's technician ever! She was a delight to chit chat with! Elias brought me in for a hybrid interview with an optometrist and he also was the one to clean and tighten up my old glasses. What a nice guy! I was then brought over to Martha to complete my visit after I picked out 2 of my favorite frames. There are so many frames to choose from and it was relaxing picking them out as no one pressured me. This place is quality! I went for an annual eye exam, and brought in a pair of glasses I got last year that I wasn't 100% happy with. I had gotten 2 pair, both progressive tri-focals. With one my vision was perfect, with the other I couldn't find that sweet spot to be able to easily read my phone, and using the computer wasn't nearly as easy as the other pair. I thought I was going to need new lenses. Enter Jasmine, who put the glasses on a machine, marked them up, had me put them on, compared them to my other pair, and proceeded to make a simple adjustment to the nose pieces so the glasses would sit higher on my face. I've been coming to this location for years now and always appreciate the treatment and patience of the staff. Came in expecting to pay at least $300 and paid about half. Haykel also fixed my very busted frames for no charge. Always enjoy my experience(:
