When I called Raindance Roof Company and spoke to Todd the owner, he spoke to me like he cared and treated me like a real person and not just out to look for another job. He explained to me what the problem was and gave me a few estimates for my wife and I to talk over and get back to him when we could. There was no pressure. My wife and I decided on the path we wanted to take, got back to Todd and he had us scheduled within a week or two. His crew got here early in the morning, set up, was courteous and explained what they were going to do. Todd ended up showing up to check in on the project and to update me on how much longer his crew was going to be. Sure enough, the crew ended in a timely matter and cleaned up perfectly. “We took our time to get 6 quotes for our roof replacement and new skylight installation. We were looking for a company that would install our chosen product Owens Corning Duration Cool, their estimate needed to be fair, and most importantly, their project manager needed to be easy to work with. “Working with Kendall and his team from Exclusively Roofing was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Our house needed a new roof and we wanted to make sure we got it done before the rainy season. We got quotes from five companies and not only was the quote process with Kendall pretty painless, his quote was better for a comparable statement of work. Kendall was no pressure, just explained what needed done, the options they offered, how the quote was calculated, what the quote did and did not cover, and left it in our hands. We talked about timing and he was able to get his crew on us within a week. After reviewing all the quotes we selected Exclusively Roofing and work started. I saw Kendall daily and got updates on what was done and what the plans were for the next day. He was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the job (I admit to being a worrier). Tear off was quick and the team did such a good job picking up the yard appeared cleaner than when they started. The build crew was on time every day and was attentive to our property during the entire process. Each morning I was asked by the crew “If there is anything we can do to make this better for you just let us know”. At the end of each day they did a yard clean up, stored their tools, and left the property in as good a shape as they found it. The work finished on time and they did a last check of the roof and property and a final extensive clean up. Kendall did a final review with us, reminded us of the nice warranties we had and that we had his phone number if anything came up.
