Jay did a very thorough job of the inspection, and a good job his presentation in discussing it with me and the Realtor. I Definitely recommend him, 5 star. The e mails from the office were confusing as to payment etc. That however was cleared up when I talked to a live person in the office.

We are moving back to the San Diego area and buying a home, our realtor gave us a list of three inspection companies- they to responded quickly and made it so easy. The team members were professional, thorough in their inspection and reports and answered every question quickly. Highly recommend them!
