Came to pick up a dress I had altered and cleaned and they weren’t open on a Monday at 1:30pm. No I will have to come back and hope they are open. Will never use this dry cleaners again.

The worst customer service, rude lady and very high prices. She asked for $80 to alter my dress and the other lady one mile away from her took only $30!! she makes you feel as she’s redesigning the whole dress the whole dress for you!!!! I would never recommend her work and she only ask for cash and Venmo so she won’t pay any taxes !!!! The worst ever ..Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Take your clothes elsewhere. I spent $97 to get eight dresses and two blouses clean. It's not the price that I'm concerned about, it's the fact that when my clothes came back to me they didn't look or smell any different. Some of the outfits actually had piling that wasn't there before, and other fibers or hairs that didn't belong to me or my pets. About half of my dresses and blouses are white and had water soluble make up on them that every other dry cleaner has been able to properly clean first try. However this place did not get all the make up off the items. When I asked the lady at the counter about it she said that she actually sent some of the items back to get reworked. However they were still not properly cleaned and there was no note on any but one of the items saying they couldn't get out the spots. She did tell me that I was more than welcome to leave those unsatisfactory items behind for them to try to clean again at no extra charge but what is the point? They weren't able to properly clean them the first time, and then I'll be out for more than a week waiting for my clothes. And I still got charged for the shirt that they were able to get any of the stains out of. I'm very disappointed in this business. I will not be going back ever.
