A few years back a colleague recommended FSA Tax; specifically Mike. I am soooo grateful for Mike and Andrew from FSA Tax! I have been working with them ever since that initial hire and have not looked back! They are extremely efficient, provide the best and most professional service, answer all your questions, and are very thorough. I understand this work is no easy feat, yet they are consistent in their professionalism and have never projected any stress onto me as a Client. I say this as my prior tax preparer was often moody, would project his stress onto Clients, would not return calls or messages, and was always unavailable due to medical or other emergencies. I am extremely grateful for FSA Tax and for their profound thoroughness, professionalism, and efficiency. As much as I try to get my tax documents prepared in advance, I never seem to do so and am running behind. Nonetheless, they always deliver superb service! They also remind me what's due for the year other than the tax payments. Thank you Mike and Andrew!
Mike and Andrew have been our tax guys for the last ten years about. From us being underpaid employees to now owning our own business, mike and Andrew have been there every step of the way. If you need guys who know how to file, know how to communicate with the government, who are constantly updating themselves on new laws and procedures, don’t even question it. This small shop does big things. I dread the day they close shop!!
Would 100% recommend. I came here on a friend's recommendation after using Turbo Tax for years, and what a breath of fresh air! Mike Stone was super informative and took the time to explain everything. He also spent time discussing financial planning for this year to prepare for next tax season. This office has an organized system where you upload everything beforehand and then go over the documents in person. It saves time and ensures that nothing is missed. I will definitely be back next year! Thank you, Mike!
