The staff and doctors at El Cerrito are obviously passionate about our pet's care. They make vet appointments as efficient and painless as possible. Miss Stella actually demonstrates signs of looking forward to her experience, and even whimpers when Dr. Massey leaves the exam room.
Updated (new visit 9/19/24): The staff, specifically Blanca, moved mountains to squeeze in Miss Stella to have her ear checked. It was a challenge while Dr. Massey was out of the office for an extended time, but within a few days, Miss Stella's ear problem was diagnosed and remedied and she is no longer shaking her head and scratching at her ear.
