I just wanna first say this is the cleanest Chuze in all of San Diego! That means a lot ?? Tori and Rosa are amazing at maintaining and keeping everything in order! To be honest when I went to the other locations in San Diego, it made me turn around and come right back home to La Mesa.If you see them around, tell them thank you for the hard work!
I have been coming here for over 4 years and love this place. Clean and staffs are friendly. It has always been a 5 stars for me but i was shocked to be harassed after i asked for additional assistance. That behavior and mentality needs to change. I understand you maybe understaff, busy and have a rough day but at the end of the day we as a customer just asking for help, Cmon now. Yes we asked you and may need to ask others for help. Just go on about your day and improved your customer service. You have a nice day sir!
I want to start off by addressing some of the negative reviews. I've been going here for about 4 years and have been meant with nothing but respect and kindness from the staff. I'm a simple guy and don't expect exceptional customer service because I'm going to workout and not talk, however they have always shown professionalism and been courteous. So I disagree with the reviews saying other wise. Tori the manager is really friendly. 10/10 Recommend this gym.
