Sometimes, the customer gets a bad review… Alex called and then came out as scheduled. I recently had some plumbing work done in my garage. After which I noticed my cold water cycle was not working; Alex immediately found that the supply hookups were reversed☹️. I had moved my dryer closer to an outside wall and moved the door such that it would open from the opposite side. From that point on, the dryer would stop working giving me an error code of “door not closed”. Alex found that I had put the catch in backwards. ? This is the second time we used appliance and more and it was once again a great experience! The owner is very knowledgeable, thorough and nice! We definitely recommend using them! A+++
