Was referred to this company to fix my broken dishwasher. Took a week to schedule a home visit, took off work. Two guys came out, turned it on, stared at it, asked me to send warranty info & left. I emailed the warranty info. No Response. I called again, they said it's under warranty, call LG. LG says it's not but can they have the exact part name & # to check? Called/e-mailed AA for 2 weeks asking for part number or cost to just do it not through warranty, they finally get back to me & say "we'll we need to come out & see what's really wrong." What the hell did you come out for the first time? It's like they saw it was new and just said "warranty" and walked away.

I had a issue with my air conditioner at my house. I had gotten quotes from several air conditioner contractors but something didnt seem right and I felt I was about to be overcharged for a service. $2000+ I called Nick off the BBB site and his response was quick (same day) His knowledge was awesome !! He fixed the broken part in a matter of no time and charged me a service call only plus the cost of the part. I am so happy I am asking all my clients if they need an honest and fair air conditioning guy now. Thanks Nick and keep up the good work....
