Best martial arts studio around! Excellent training/ self defense by all qualified instructors. Sifu Mario really knows his stuff. Excellent for all ages , eapecially kids. Brand new studio as well ,offers more convenient location, parking/ nearby food. A+ all the way ! ❤️
After a year of participating in the after school program, our daughter convinced us to enroll her at the 5 Element Center. We are excited and impressed with what we experienced at her intro-class.
