Our AC system went down on the hottest summer day, and we'd heard all kinds of horror stories about systems needing to be replaced, etc. Often times, when it comes to this kind of thing, you feel like you're at the mercy of the people the companies send out. Garry came out and figured out the problem was the capacitor, went into his truck and found an even better one than the one that came with our AC, plugged it in, cleaned the A/C fans, etc., and we were back in business for a reasonable price. He even checked to see if we had enough coolant, and sure enough our system had enough, so didn't try to upcharge us on something we didn't need. Extremely... read full review
Our A/C was not working and 1-877 Appliance sent one of their techs
within the hour and our a/c was fixed the same day. The tech was honest and the price was very reasonable.
Great people work here and I have recommended them many times. I work in Property Management and even some of our owners have taken them on as their go to people for Appliance and HVAC issues at their personal homes & rentals. Best thing is that they stand by their warranties, have honest pricing and great service. You really can't find that in a lot of businesses these days.
