Our AC system went down on the hottest summer day, and we'd heard all kinds of horror stories about systems needing to be replaced, etc. Often times, when it comes to this kind of thing, you feel like you're at the mercy of the people the companies send out. Garry came out and figured out the problem was the capacitor, went into his truck and found an even better one than the one that came with our AC, plugged it in, cleaned the A/C fans, etc., and we were back in business for a reasonable price. He even checked to see if we had enough coolant, and sure enough our system had enough, so didn't try to upcharge us on something we didn't need. Extremely happy with them and would highly recommend their services, and especially their tech, Garry. Honesty goes a long way these days. I've already recommended 1-877 Appliance to a couple of colleagues who have had AC problems.
