i want to give a 5 stars to Grace for slaying my makeup. i booked a 90 min glam, showed her inspo photos and asked for more of the sabrina carpenter look and she delivered and went above and beyond! she was really nice and sweet, and very focused on making sure every detail is perfect. i recommend her if you need your makeup done!

Lauren (the one with fabulous pink hair) was so helpful and gave amazing customer service! I usually walk in to stores expecting people not to be super friendly, but Lauren was a doll and made my shopping experience very quick and easy!

First time visiting this location. Went to check Dior backstage concealer which they don’t carry. I was almost about to leave the store when Luis offered his help and asked me if I would like to try the other Dior concealer and help me to find my skin tone match. He tried multiple different tones and we found my match and I ended up buying it. He even gave me a sample of a primer to try under my makeup. This is an example of great customer service which unfortunately I have never experienced in any Sephora stores in San Diego!
