Can't say enough about the services from the Bracken Team. I had an issue that needed fast resolution on a refinance, they picked up the ball from a different firm and ran with it. I was able to ask questions about different options and get an explanation that actually made sense. They gave me not just a refinance one and done, but a strategy for future options and what would be the break even points on different choices. Absolutely will work with them in the future

People’s Mortgage has been amazing to work with! Brendan and Ruth really took their time with me and my husband as we were first time home buyers with lots of questions. They were always available and responded quickly and we never felt rushed or pressured. After every meeting we were sent a summary which kept us on track and everyone on the same page.
