She provided lactation support for our newborn (who has latch issues) and it's because of her help that we have been able to start/continue breastfeeding. Also, I had never had acupuncture before, but I felt comfortable trying it because of the individualized care she provided with the lactation support. I've seen other negative reviews but give them a break-a little grace might be in order because they've had to implement a whole new software system and it's been difficult.
