Prompt, professional, and very helpful. I booked on the phone for a 6pm Friday visit, showed up at 5:30 to an empty waiting room. I was immediately admitted, processed by the nurse, and seen by a doctor within minutes. The staff members were kind and patiently answered all my questions. Out with a diagnosis and a plan within half an hour. Best urgent care experience I've ever had!

I was on vacation with my family, stepped on a shark rock by the cove, and the cut was pretty bad. I couldn’t stop the bleeding, so I went to the closest urgent care (this place). Everything was extremely clean, efficient, and professional… in-n-out in 50 minutes with 15 stitches.

A hidden gem located in the heart of Downtown La Jolla. First impressions were great, It's a clean cut, state of the art, facility. And after registering for the first time, It took less than 5 minutes to be seen. The staff was friendly, professional, and I felt they went beyond and above making me feel welcomed. Thank you all for your attentiveness, reassurance, and efficiency. And thank you Dr. Mann for your advice and nonjudgmental approach.
