La Jolla Village Dry Cleaners and Tailors

Buyer beware, deceptive business practices! My first time in and was asking pricing. Their advertised price for a cardigan sweater jacket is $7.95. When I asked why my total was so high, learned they were charging me for a blazer. When I said ok but that because their prices were so high, I would likely not be returning, I received a response with a not so nice attitude that she would would not take my order. Her prerogative but mine also to question when I am clearly being charged a price in excess of the posted amount.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady is the rudest person you’ll ever deal with. Chased me into Ralph’s because there was a bit of mud on my pants from and outdoor wedding and said she refused to clean it. These people are a nightmare. Avoid at all costs

I went in this early afternoon and had never been to this place. It’s inside Ralph’s and I was looking for Wells Fargo which is also inside Ralph’s. I had such a rough morning but I still was trying to make the best of it. I walk in and I see the dry cleaners/postal annex and I see the associate standing there and I stop and say, Excuse me, where is the Wells Fargo? I was completely ignored. Mind you the dry cleaners was completely dead and I was the only one standing there asking where Wells Fargo was at?
